The following
must be sent with the bitch, at time of breeding: - Copy of AKC Registration Certificate Copy of OFA Certification
- Evidence of current immunizations (Rabies, 5-way, Bordatella)
- Negative Brucellosis

Negative Brucellosis We will make every effort to sucessfully breed your dog. The key to a nice litter is breeding at the right
time, not necessarly the number of ties. Rest assured we will do everything possible to make sure your bitch gets pregnant.

Field
Training and Obedience Field/Gundog
training is $400.00 a month. This includes training and boarding. Additional fees for Live flyers. Owners are responsible for all vet bills, monthly heart worm pills,
food, and providing an up to date shot record upon arriving at the kennels.
Agreement for training will be completed
with required signature when the dog is dropped off.

**If pet is hurt/injured/sick your signature allows us to get the animal medical attention
at Mint Hill Veterinary Clinic and you will be held responsible for the charges. Old Meadow Kennels, owners, and employees
of Old Meadow Kennels will not be held liable for any injuries or illness your pet may encounter due to natural causes that
are unpredictable and unforeseen.
